Investment Terms

  • 14% Preferred Return per Class A Member Unit:  $700 per year (pro-rated daily) accrued from the date of capital is contributed.
  • Initial capital contribution per unit: $5,000
  • Minimum initial capital contribution per member: $50,000 (10 units)
  • Maximum number of Class A Member Units offered: 320
  • Twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) month estimated investment period
  • Priority repayment from net available cash flow: Bank, Class A Members, Preferred Return and Manager

CONSTRUCTION UPDATES

Due to external delays by the city and rising costs of materials we’ve shifted closings to start next year. StoryBuilt has been facing rising costs in supply and delays in permitting from the city, and working to mitigate these challenges to the best of our abilities, but we are still seeing delays in construction.

Construction Updates:

  • Phase 1 – Electric meter banks installed, pending final power inspection by Austin Energy to be completed. Once meters are installed into the meter banks, flooring and final trim work can commence, followed by punch out. The city changed their approval process, causing a material delay.
  • Phase 2 – The first framing was scheduled and passed the City inspection. Up next is insulation and drywall installation.
  • Phase 3 – Electrical rough is ongoing with the City’s electric rough inspection to follow.
